Do I need an account to see prices?

Yes. Prices and ordering are reserved for registered businesses. Registration is free and approval is quick.

Who can open an account?

B2B only: HoReCa operators, retailers, importers and distributors with a valid VAT number.

How long does approval take?

We verify your business and activate the account, usually within one working day.

Ordering

What is the order unit?

You order by the box (collo). You can also order full layers or complete pallets.

Can I mix products on a pallet?

Yes. Mix freely across our 6,700+ Italian references on the same pallet.

Is there a minimum order?

A minimum order value applies and depends on your destination. Ask our team for your market.

What is the pallet configurator?

A tool that shows how many pallets your order fills, by weight or volume, with quick add-a-layer and add-a-pallet buttons.

Pricing

Are prices shown publicly?

No. Prices are visible only after you log in, because terms depend on volume and destination.

Are prices per box or per piece?

Prices are shown per box (collo); the box also shows how many pieces it contains.

Shipping

Where do you deliver?

Across the European Union, on palletised freight to your business address.

What are the lead times?

Dispatch within 1–2 working days; EU transit typically 2–6 working days by destination.

How is wine shipped?

Wine and spirits move under EU excise rules; duties and documents are handled on shipments where applicable.

After-sales

An item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Note it on the delivery document and email info@horefood.com within 24 hours with photos. We resolve it quickly.

Can I return goods?

Contact us and we handle returns case by case, in line with the product type.
