General terms and conditions of sale — Horecarte B.V. (Horefood)

Orders

  • Minimum order: 1 europallet (mixed products allowed).
  • Orders via the online catalogue, WhatsApp or email.
  • Order confirmation within 24 hours on working days.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice and are confirmed on the proforma invoice.

Prices & VAT

  • All prices are wholesale prices, excluding VAT.
  • Dutch customers: 21% BTW. EU business customers with a valid VAT number: reverse charge (art. 196 EU Directive 2006/112). Outside the EU: 0% VAT (export).

Deliveries

  • Scheduled weekly deliveries across the European Union.
  • Refrigerated transport where required.
  • Freight depends on country and volume and is confirmed on the proforma invoice.
  • Any visible damage or shortage must be noted on the CMR at delivery and reported within 24 hours.

Payments

  • Prepayment for new customers.
  • Payment within 30 days upon approval.
  • SEPA bank transfer to Horecarte B.V. — IBAN NL48RABO0322860393 (Rabobank).
